Yoga and Healing
Welcome to my page, I’m Lucy.
Energy healer and yoga teacher based in Brighton.
My intention is to create a sense of calm and serenity throughout my energy healing practice, on the yoga mat and how I go about my day to day life. For me it all comes back to living mindfully, with compassion and spreading this out into the world by creating a gentle and held space.
I find my energy healing practice and yoga practice influence each other and are intertwined. I often feed reiki into my yoga classes and offer reiki in Savasana. I lean into the lens which each gives me and the way they can influence how we see the world. I view yoga as a way of life and energy that flows throughout. Both yoga and reiki are a big part of my life and I wish to share this.
My learnings from mindfulness courses I have undertaken at the Brighton Buddhist Centre like the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and the Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living courses are also incorporated and flow throughout my practices. Having awareness of the influence mindfulness can have on our overall wellbeing, mental and physical health.
Energy Healing -
Reiki is a form of energy healing. It can promote relaxation, reduce stress, help with emotional or physical healing, bring balance to the body and clear any stuck energy. It promotes spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
I offer 1-2-1 reiki sessions in person in Brighton. I charge £45 per session and each session lasts 45 minutes. Please contact me using the form at the bottom of this page if you would like to enquire about booking a session.

Yoga classes -
I currently cover classes at Space Yoga Studio, St Augustine Arts and Events Centre in Brighton.
What to expect from my yoga classes -
My yoga classes always have a theme to them, I either focus on a particular chakra, a heart lead or grounding practice. I normally like to bring nature into my flow, whether this is visualising roots beneath the feet when we stand in Tadasana or visualising your favourite tree in a Vrksasana pose flow. I often get inspiration for my yoga classes from spending time in nature, I sit and let the poses come through me when putting together each sequence. I then tune into what music I want to put with each flow, curating a different playlist to each class, meaning it will normally change each time. I also feel the music you walk into and end on play an important part in the whole experience, supporting the journey you go on. In my classes you can expect emphasis on the breath, a balance of flow as well as holding poses to build strength, whilst there also being gentle parts as well. I feel its important to have a balance of these aspects to create a healing and mindful flow for the mind, body and soul. I then offer reiki and essential oils in Savasana before we meet back in seated, with our hands in Anjali Mudra to end the class.
